Saturday 12th May was our excellent Board Breaking seminar. All the Junior Dragons & Little Ninjas that attended broke the plastic boards and most managed to break the wooden ones. This seminar was a real confidence booster and proved to all the students that if they put in effort they will succeed.
The next Board Breaking seminar will be taking place in July. Make sure to book in early to achieve the early bird discount.
Saturday 21st April was our first Mock Black Belt grading of the year. All students did extremely well. This grading gave students a good idea of what the actual Black Belt grading will be like. All 2nd Kyu's and above should at least attend one of these.
The Actual Black Belt grading is Saturday 30th June. If you are Brown belt and above you should really be on our Fastrack programme.
Saturday 24th March was the full colour grading for students attempting yellow and orange belts. ALL students that attended were successful in achieving their next belt. Most attended the Sunday morning class the following day to start learning their new techniques - this is real dedication! Well done to Sophie Mawer who achieved Outstanding Grading Student.
The next full colour gradings are in June HOWEVER if you upgrade to Fastrack you can achieve your next belt even sooner.
Saturday 17th March was the most recent full colour grading. All students were successful and achieved either a green or blue belt. All students did extremely well.
The next full colour gradings will be taking place in June.
Saturday 10th March was the first Advanced grading of the year. All students did extremely well. Remember at this level all students must be training 3 times a week or more.
Sunday 11th March was the second Squad selection/Sparring Seminar. This seminar covered all various sparring techniques.
The next Squad selection/Sparring seminar will be on Sunday 15th April. Anybody wanting to take part in this seminar must book in and pay by Wednesday 11th April to gain the early bird fee.
Saturday 3rd March was the second brown belt seminar of the year. This seminar covered all padwork and self defence techniques..
The next brown belt seminar is Saturday 14th April. Which will cover all Kata. Anybody wanting to take part in this seminar must pay by Wednesday 11th April for the early bird fee.
Saturday 18th February was the first Fastrack grading of the year. All students which took part were successful.
The next Fastrack grading is Saturday 7th April. Anybody wanting to take part in this grading must pay Wednesday 4th April for the early bird fee of £20. Anyone that pays after this date will pay the new 2012 fees (£22)
Saturday 11th February was the first striped belt grading of the month. All students which took part were successful.
The next striped belt grading is Saturday 25th February. Anybody wanting to take part in this grading must pay Wednesday 22nd February for the early bird fee of £15. Anyone that pays after this date will pay the new 2012 fees (£17). Full colour gradings come round very quickly.

The next brown belt seminar is Saturday 3rd March. Which will cover all Padwork and self defence. Anybody wanting to take part in this seminar must pay by Wednesday 29th February for the early bird fee of £7. Anyone that pays after this date will pay the new 2012 fees (£9).

The next board breaking seminar is due to take place in April. Students should look at booking on the Sparring seminars taking place in February - these will be fantastic for all those students wanting to improve their sparring and hopefully enter competitions.
